I got a couple of freebies with my order, which was nice, but the discounts looked way better before checkout than they actually turned out to be. By the time everything was added up, it felt a little misleading. Also, dealing with the automated system was annoying, I’d much rather just get a straight answer from a real person instead of clicking through a bunch of prompts. The order itself wasn’t terrible, but for the price I expected more. I probably won’t be ordering again anytime soon...

It’s okay but they really need more ways to pay. Sometimes I don’t have the option I wanna use and it makes things kinda annoying...

My order got stuck in customs and support wasn’t really clear with helping me out. I ended up dealing with extra fees and delays, so for me it just wasn’t worth it.

I reached out to support hoping they’d actually fix the issue, but they just kept dodging my questions!! Nothing got resolved, and it felt like I was going in circles.

I was really hoping there’d be a better selection, but it felt limited. A lot of the things I was looking for either weren’t there or just felt kind of samey. I’m sure it might work for some people, but for me it was literally disappointing, and I ended up leaving without ordering.

I popped a few seeds from the same pack and, they were all over the place. The plants didn’t grow anything alike, different smells, different shapes, and they finished at totally different times. One of them was weak right from the start too. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but from what I saw, the genetics didn’t seem stable at all

At first I was excited to get this, but once it arrived I immediately noticed the product details didn’t match what I actually received. i tried to stay positive for about five minutes, then I was just annoyed. It’s frustrating when you order based on the description and get something different.

It wasn’t bad, but I thought it would hit a little harder. I remember trying it in the evening, or maybe it was later that night, and the effects did show up eventually, just not as strong as some others I’ve had. The site was easy enough to use and everything was fine overall, but based on potency, I’d give it 3 stars.

I kept checking the tracking, but it just sat on the same status for days. When I reached out, support basically told me to keep waiting, which didn’t really clear anything up. I expected a bit more visibility after placing the order, so yeah, I’ll probably look elsewhere next time.

I found it hard to navigate, honestly. I kept clicking around trying to find what I needed, but it wasn’t really obvious where things were. Maybe if the layout was a little clearer or the menus were more... I don’t know, it just felt harder than it should’ve been.

I was waiting for my order, but the package never come. I kept checking the tracking and looking out for it, but nothing showed up. Disappointing experience.

I don’t know… the prices just felt way too high for what I actually got. I expected a bit more for the money, but yeah, it didn’t really feel like good value. I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless they brought the prices down

Had no logo on the box, which was nice, but could still smell it a bit when it arrived. Delivery was fine overall, just wasn’t as private as I was hoping

I really thought these were going to do better, but yeah, the yield was not great. I’m totally calm about it, of course, just casually staring at the final dry weight wondering where the rest of it went. The plants looked fine for most of the grow, so I expected more at the end. I’ve had better results with cheaper seeds, which makes this feel like money I probably shouldn’t have spent. Maybe someone else will have better luck, but I’m not planning to order these again...

Germination was bad for me. I used my usual setup and only a couple actually popped. Kind of frustrating after waiting on them. I wouldn’t buy this batch again.

The international shipping was frustrating. I expected it to take a bit longer, but my order just sat there for weeks with barely any change on the tracking page. It felt like I was checking the same useless update over and over with no idea what was actually happening.
Support did reply, but the answers were super basic and didn’t really tell me what the next steps were or when I should expect anything to move. By the time the package finally showed progress again, I was already annoyed and regretting the purchase. I definitely wouldn’t use them again for overseas orders

I can understand why they have a clear refund and replacement policy, and it’s good that the rules are laid out instead of being vague. That said, it feels a little strict from a customer’s point of view. If something goes wrong, it sounds like you’d need to provide quite a bit of proof and follow the process exactly, or there’s a chance your claim could be rejected. I get that shops need to protect themselves, but it doesn’t come across as very flexible or reassuring. I wouldn’t say it’s a terrible policy, but it would make me a bit hesitant to order if I thought I might need a return or replacement later

I don’t know, these just never really took off for me. The plants stayed tiny and weak, and halfway through I was thinking maybe they’d catch up, but no, compared to the others I grew, there was just no vigor at all

The order itself was totally fine from what I remember, no real complaints there. I can’t recall every little detail, but I do remember the shipping feeling way slower than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I kept checking and getting nowhere. It ended up taking longer than I had planned for, which was annoying...

I’m upset about this. The flavor was harsh and had this weird aftertaste that made it hard to enjoy at all. The aroma was weak and almost stale, which really isn’t what I expected. I feel like the shop should’ve done better here because the smell and taste were both a letdown
